Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery.

Changed your mind

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we can only accept returns of fragrances that are unopened, unused and still in their original sealed cellophane. Let us know within 7 days of delivery and return the item at your own cost.

Once we receive and check the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Items we cannot return

• Opened or tested fragrances
• Decants and travel sprays
• Items bought on final sale
• Gift sets with a broken seal
